Member Highlight: Alto, Kristy John

Kristy John is in the alto section of the Greeley Chorale. Her love of music started early in her life as Kristy’s mother was the local piano and voice teacher in the Eaton, CO area. Kristy learned to play piano and sang with her mother for church events, weddings and funerals.

Kristy also played the flute and took lessons at UNC during her college days. She sang second soprano in the UNC women’s choir. Kristy graduated with a degree in business management and continued singing and playing the flute in church choirs and family events.

Kristy is currently working for Edward Jones as an office manager.

She traveled with the Greeley choral to Germany and Prague in 2017 and has served as the Pops and Pasta Silent Auction co-chair. Kristy is proud to be part of the chorale.
